Can I add multiple PureCams to my PureCam app?

Yes, you can add up to 3 PureCams to one account.

How do I get the video clips to my phone?

Your PureCam allows you to download video clips from your PureCam app. (Please note, your PureCam must be turned on in order to download via the app). You can also use your computer and a Micro SD card adapter to transfer videos directly from the Micro SD card to your computer.

Is connecting with PureCam’s Wi-Fi hotspot necessary? Will my phone use PureCam’s data plan?

Yes, it is recommended to connect to your PureCam’s Wi-Fi hotspot to prevent false notifications. Yes, it will use your PureCam’s data plan. Please be aware that using your PureCam WiFi hotspot can result in higher data plan fees.

Can I grant access to multiple users?

Yes, you can add an unlimited number of users. Please note, they must set up an account to view your PureCam. Download the app from the app store to set up the account.

What happens to my video clips if I don't have a network connection?

Emergency Videos/Cloud Service. Your video clips will automatically be uploaded once your network connection has resumed. Your videos are also saved on your Micro SD card. Your Micro SD card has limited recording space (depending on memory size). Be sure to download the desired video clips in a timely manner.

What happens if I turn off Parking Mode?

The PureCam will go into standby mode after 4 minutes. Your PureCam will still record if/when the G-sensor is triggered. Your PureCam will not upload videos or send notifications until the PureCam is no longer in standby mode.

What's the run time of my PureCam if I unplug it?

The PureCam does not have a built-in battery, therefore it will shut down immediately.

The time is incorrect on my PureCam. Is there a way to fix it?

Reboot the PureCam by unplugging the micro USB cable from the PureCam and plugging it back in again. If it is still incorrect, there may be an issue with your 4G signal. There is no manual way to correct the time.

Is there a way to hard reboot the PureCam?

Yes, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it off. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to turn it back on. Reboot the PureCam by unplugging the micro USB cable from the PureCam and plugging it back in again.

If I pause the recording before turning off my PureCam, will it continue to record when I turn my PureCam back on?

No, it will continue to pause recording. We suggest you not pause recordings so you can capture all important incidents
